Camping Site
The exclusive area will be situated approximately 300m from the main production area in a beautiful walled garden alongside a large Christmas tree plantation, in the grounds of the Grade I Listed Mansion House. The number of tents in this enclosed area will be limited this year to 15.

Shikar Tents
Each Tent features a double bedroom with twin bed & dressing room. Campers must bring their own inflatable beds for children if the second room is to be used as a bedroom. Linen & towels will be provided for the main bedroom. Please advise if further linen & towels are required for children, a charge will be made for this. Each tent will also include a table & chairs, towel & clothes rail, coffee table, cushions, small sink for washing & lighting.

Services
The private area will feature a luxury shower block, luxury toilet block, dedicated security and a dining area where breakfast will be served, all included in the cost. A gas barbeque will be provided for the campers in this area to use during the day and evening but please note that barbeque food must be purchased. Morning paper will also be provided. The tents, toilets and showers will be serviced daily. Tents will be serviced between 2pm and 4pm.

Food and Drink
Breakfast will be served between 9am & 11am in a marquee adjoining the boutique camping area. It is recommended that any special dietary requirements are requested when booking. Boutique Campers will be granted access to the VIP bar each evening, please note that drinks in the VIP bar must be paid for. A gas barbeque will be provided for use during the day & evening. Food may be purchased from the VIP bar/kitchen area or from one of the many trade stands.
